The incumbent will establishclose working relationships with Technical Leads, Architects, business IT, third parties and externaldelivery partners to successfully deliver enterprise integration technical projects in Shell.Accountabilities:As a Power Apps Developer, you are able to design, test and deploy Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portal)Identify potential improvements to the design & process according to agreeddesigns/requirements for canvas/model driven apps specially for integrated use case of PowerApps and Dynamics 365 CE.You should thrive for Performance optimization and continuous improvement opportunities onMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps from a Platform point of viewCollaborate strongly with Architects in developing the solution design, by applying theEnterprise service architectural principles, collaborate with Business Analysis function in variousLOB and COB in identifying and preventing risks from the requirements gathering phase and allthrough the lifecycle of the service/Solution.You should have experience working with key users in a fast paced and changing businessenvironment to design and develop canvas/MDA that meets business need within theenterprise service design, experience of the full development lifecycle of complex large scaleand multi-user applications and the production of the relevant technical documentation, such asPlatform designs, application development and designs review guidelines/SOP documentationfor the support teamSpecial Challenges:Virtual working in a global environment with culturally diverse teams. Assistance in managingmultiple delivery priorities and multiple demand requests within Shell governance ruleset.Working with multiple stakeholders in various organizations to balance need of our businesswith overall security and stability of the platform.Failure within these systems could have effects on Shell\'s reputation and ability to participate inthese markets and fines would be very substantial.If this job is not done well and accurately, any/all of the repercussions above could occur.Experience & Qualifications:Mandatory:Extensive API design and development expertise in recent career.6-10 years of total experience and at least 2 years of experience as team lead in developing solutionson the Microsoft Power Platform, including Common Data Service (CDS), Power Apps, andDynamics 365 CE.Be comfortable discussing and executing all aspects and features of Azure and Office365.Assist with scoping and architecting project engagements.Create documentation for projects including design, asset inventory, diagrams, andpresentations as well as documentation of the environment and deployment for our supportand future implementations teams.Strong knowledge on C# & ASP.NET, JavaScript & web developmentAbility to write maintainable & testable codeAbility to create & consume web servicesExperience with SQL Server / SSIS / SSRSSolid understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK and development of plug-ins, customworkflows, and web resourcesExperience in developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancingexisting appsUnderstanding PowerApps formulas and development methodsCustomizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerAppsAbility to create custom connectors for Power AutomateInstalling and configuring data gatewaysExperience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 servicesExperience with API or rest services integrationsUnderstanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sourcesDeveloping Azure logic apps Developing Azure functions Providing Power BI development andsupportHighly conversant in English, spoken and written, with proven communication, interpersonal,influencing and negotiation skills.Ability to work with teams across organizational boundaries, different cultures and differenttime zones in a global, virtual environment and rotational shifts
