This role will provide technical and operational support for PowerBI Visualization projects and solutions within the Analytics and AI Hub tower. You will be working with others on the team leveraging PowerBI, Visualization BW /BEX projects to support Dow\xe2\x80\x99s reporting and visualization needs. You will also collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver high-quality and innovative dashboard and/or power Apps . Development skills on BW, Java Querry, HTML and PowerBI is important to keep up with current and upcoming needs in the organization.ResponsibilitiesData Visualization & ReportingDevelop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.Utilize SAP BW and BEx tools to extract and transform data into actionable insights.Implement and manage Java-based queries for data extraction and processing.Front-End Development & Application DevelopmentCollaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and interactive data visualizations.Integrate visualizations into web and mobile applications using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Design and develop web and mobile applications that seamlessly integrate with visualization tools.Data ManagementWork closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure accurate data sourcing and transformation.Optimize data models and queries for efficient data processing and retrieval.Write SQL scripts and JavaScript queries to support complex data manipulations and reporting needs.Maintain data integrity and security across all visualization tools and platforms.Collaboration & Communication:Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, making complex information accessible and understandable.Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of dashboards and reporting tools.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.3-4 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, application development, or related roles.Proficiency in Power BI, SAP BW, BEX, and Java for data querying and manipulation.Strong knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience in application development, with the ability to design and develop both web and mobile applications.Expertise in writing SQL scripts and JavaScript queries for data manipulation and reporting.Experience with SAP backend systems is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.Preferred SkillsAt least two to four years of experience in BI/ Visualization or related domains, such as BEX queries, dashboarding, reporting, visualization applications,Comprehensive experience in applying PowerBI, visualization skillsExperience in agile development methodologies.Familiarity with other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).Certification in Power BI or other relevant BI tools.Experience with mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).Additional notesRelocation assistance is not available with this position.\xe2\x80\x8bThe ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential .Benefits \xe2\x80\x93 What Dow offers youWe invest in you.Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
