We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI & Excel Expert with a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of developing insightful reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
Provide training and support to team members on Power BI and Excel tools.
Continuously optimize and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in MIS reporting is preferred.
