Position/Title: Power BI DeveloperYears of Experience: 4 to 8 YearsWork Location: Bangalore/PuneNotice Period: Immediate joinersEmployment Type: PermanentJOB DISCRIPTIONKey Accountabilities: Also find the attached JDPrimary job duties and responsibilities may include\xe2\x9c\x93 Power BI development and administration.\xe2\x9c\x93 Building Analysis Services reporting models.\xe2\x9c\x93 Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.\xe2\x9c\x93 Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.\xe2\x9c\x93 Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.\xe2\x9c\x93 Able to implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI.\xe2\x9c\x93 Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.\xe2\x9c\x93 Expertise in using advanced level calculations on the data set.\xe2\x9c\x93 Responsible for design methodology and project documentation.\xe2\x9c\x93 Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.\xe2\x9c\x93 Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.\xe2\x9c\x93 Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.\xe2\x9c\x93 Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.\xe2\x9c\x93 Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, PolyBase, Visual Studio, etc.\xe2\x9c\x93 Able to integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation.
