Key Job Responsibilities:Provide strategic decision-making support for global pharmaceutical companies.Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions with a focus ...on client satisfaction across solution areas and industry verticals.Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time delivery.Work closely with the Technology and Product Management groups to refine analytical tools and develop new client solutions.Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics.Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards from scratchSetting up the Database management process and automate itCollaborate with stakeholders to translate a business problem into a visual solutionEnsure data accuracyCreate user guides and Training end-usersTroubleshooting and maintenance of the reportsStaying updated with technology & ensuring data security is maintained Desired Skills & Experience:Relevant Technical skills: He/she should have a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles and proficiency in Power BI and other data tools. Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and other data languages.Relevant expertise in using analytic tools such as Excel, Access, Power Query, and ability to quickly master new packages when needed.Prior Experience in working with data modelling, ETL processes, and creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.Strong Problem-solving skills to address complex data-related problems that require innovative solutionsExcellent Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy. He/she should be able to spot errors or inconsistencies in data and correct them.Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings even to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language.Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.Ability to lead projects.Experience working with large datasets.If you meet the above qualifications and are excited about joining a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical consulting industry.
