Job Purpose
Landmark Group is looking for a Senior Developer (BI) to join the Information Management and Business Intelligence -
function. This position supports Landmark Retail\'s businesses in the Middle East region, and responsible for leading and
developing innovative solutions in Information Management, BI, Big Data, Cloud, Social, IoT etc. This position reports to the
Head COE - Business Intelligence.

• Participate in user requirements analysis, translate business requirements into design, engage and negotiate with

stakeholders to provide high quality BI solutions

• Create insightful BI content and review it with stake holders for the sign off.
• Ability to write complex SQLs and develop creative, insightful visualizations
• Lead the design and rollout of a variety of BI solutions using numerous BI stacks \xe2\x80\x93 Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Power BI
• Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility and standardization
• Create and maintain documentation including requirement, design and user manuals.
• Provide training & dashboard walkthrough to end users.
• Maintain the existing reporting framework and add value in terms of generating new data analysis and insights.
• Lead and Mentor the BI team members.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders
• Perform Unit Testing. Coordinate with QA Testing team for QA review and fix defects.
• Bring innovative solutions to business problems
• Proactively recommend areas for improvement (systems and processes)
• Be a Go To person for All Bi Requirements
• Knowledge on Data Analytics desired \xe2\x80\x93 Python knowledge is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Job Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of experience working in Data Visualization tools Qlikview, Qlik Sense,
Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud

• Experience in administration of above BI Stack.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Expertise in in consuming data from different sources and designing the BI Data

Models.

• Experience in writing SQL scripts to extract data from Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server &

Hana.

• Should have outstanding knowledge on performance tuning of reports and

Dashboards

• Good understanding of Data science & Analytics \xe2\x80\x93 Hands on ability to run PoCs and Production Pilots
• Experience on cloud platforms - Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in Python/R to get actionable insights from data.
• Retail BI expertise is a must.
