This role is part of a global team which maintains the PowerBI reporting across our business including business reporting, financial, HR, marketing and technology reporting. This role will primarily assist in the ongoing development of PowerBI reports as well as the maintenance and support of existing reporting. Updating and maintaining existing reports in PowerBI on a regular basis Participate in user acceptance testing and where applicable train and coach other users on process or best practice Identifying data quality issues and work with various teams to propose solutions to safeguard the accuracy of data Liaise with stakeholders across various business areas on their reporting needs Reconciling of data across reports and source applications to ensure data integrity Monitor and respond to support tickets logged within the groups IT service management tool Participate in the documentation and maintenance aspects of the reporting solutions. Provide support as required to ensure the accessibility, delivery and performance of developed reports and dashboards. Maintain and check change logs. Join and participate in internal/external user groupsQualifications Undergraduate Degree in an IT, Computer Science, Information Science, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or Business Management discipline.
