Powder Coating Operator
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prepare metal surfaces for powder coating. Mask parts and cover areas that do not require coating
Powder Coating Application: Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and ovens. Apply powder coating to parts in accordance with production and quality requirements. Monitor coating thickness and finish to ensure consistency and quality.
Quality Check: Perform touch-ups and rework if necessary.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma/ ITI/ relevant powder coating experience
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in powder coating or a related field.
Skills: Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and techniques. Attention to detail and quality-oriented. Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills. Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
