Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish in a timely manner. Additionally, you will manage a team of workers, assigning tasks and overseeing their performance to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply powder coatings to parts and products according to specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared and cleaned before coating.
• Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Manage and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot powder coating equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
