Powder Coater
Job Description
1. Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare the parts or surfaces before coating.
2. Equipment Setup: Set up and adjust powder coating machines and equipment.
3. Powder Application: Apply the powder coating evenly onto the parts or surfaces.
4. Quality Control: Check the coating for evenness and quality after application.
5. Curing: Place the coated parts in an oven to bake and harden the powder.
6. Maintenance: Clean and maintain the coating equipment regularly.
7. Safety: Follow safety rules and wear protective gear while working.
8. Record Keeping: Keep track of completed work and materials used.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
