Job Description
SENIOR LANGUAGE EDITOR
Applications are invited for the position of Senior Language Editor for the MeitY,
Govt. of India funded consortium project titled •" •Sanskrit Knowledge Accessor" at
the Department of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (DLHS), MAHE,
Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This is an on-site position and the Work from Home is not
possible.
Qualification:
Ph.D. in Nyaya/Mimamsa/Vyakarana/Sanskrit/Indian Knowledge Systems/Indian
Philosophy or First-class Master's degree (M.A. or equivalent) in
Nyaya/Mimamsa/Sanskrit/Indian Knowledge Systems/Indian Philosophy with the
relevant subjects from a recognized university. Having experience in the
interdisciplinary research areas or computational tools related to the Sanskrit is
desirable.
Duration: Initially for one year. Extendable based on the performance.
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 40,000 (including HRA) per month.
