The school has Anant School for Climate Action, established at Anant National University, is located in Ahmedabad, a UNESCO World Heritage City. The school is India's first education institution offering undergraduate to PhD degree programmes focusing on climate change. The school offers BTech in Climate Change and postgraduate fellowships on Climate Action and sustainability and built environment.



Anant School for Climate Action is involved in research through its research centre, Anant Centre for Sustainability (ACFS), a think-teach-do-tank that focuses on climate action, affordable housing, indigenous models of circular economy, and on building sustainable education campuses in India.

B.Tech/BSC (Chemical/Mechanical Engineering and Physics/Chemistry), M.Tech/MSC (Material Science, Chemistry) and PhD (Nanomaterials for Environmental Applications)

#### Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)


• Development of laboratory under the guidance of the
• Conducting research in accordance with the research group
• Preparing documentation of research activities
• Analyzing and interpreting research findings
• Assisting with teaching classes
• Working cooperatively with the supervisor and other co-workers
• Writing project proposal in the domain of work done by the research group


#### Key Skills


• Nanomaterials synthesis and fabrication with expertise in top-down and bottom-up approaches.
• Knowledge of green and sustainable methods for nanomaterial production and characterization.
• Proficiency in software like MATLAB, COMSOL or Gaussian for simulation and modeling.
• Experience in designing experiments, developing protocols, ability to troubleshoot experiments, and adapt methods as needed with Interdisciplinary Approach
• Proven track record of publishing in high-impact journals.
• Familiarity with deadlines, budget management, and resource allocation.
