Department description : Capital Markets Operations provides a range of customer and operational services across the London Stock Exchange Group. The core services provided by the department are: Technical Account Management, Technical onboarding, Software Certification, Client Support and Market Operations Services. Team description : The Post Trade Onboarding team is responsible for certification (conformance testing) and onboarding clients on transactions platform across asset class. The Post Trade Onboarding team works closely with Sales and Account management teams, Professional Services, Product Dev, Support teams to understand bespoke business workflows and translate them into a software solution. The role on a day-to-day basis also involves a lot of external communication with tech teams of clients/brokers and their technology vendors. The team also gets involved in various strategic projects ranging from roll out of new functionalities on the platform, system improvements, regulatory changes etc. Role Description: Responsible for building out both simple and complex client trading environments (client facing), creating both Internal and External users, configuration of trading/clearing accounts, enabling Broker Trading connections and integrating multi-complex clearing solutions. Perform customer site break fix activities remotely. Coordinate a certification call with clients to make sure that onboarding/integration work completed with required product system as expected and production roll out. Create Integration and Production environments. Support pre-sales teams in the provision of demonstrations, and provide advice on architectural design, functionality, and integration aspects. Professional with knowledge in a technical discipline or specialization. Key Responsibilities Integrating with existing/new brokers and clients Closely work with the client and/or their OMS/EMS vendors to get them connected and integrated with our platform Onboarding new clients and facilitating new connections for existing clients Liaising with clients and internal groups to handle new client integration requirements Troubleshooting production issues and supporting existing systems Working closely with internal teams including, Sales and Account Management, Relationship management, front line service desk, field service, development, operations, Technology and Product Management Good understanding of roles of relevant functional groups in own area Key Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Flexible to work in multi time zones on a rotational shift basis.
