The Post Enrollment Officer will ensure that clients receive all necessary follow-up assistance, process post-enrollment requirements, and facilitate a smooth transition throughout the remainder of their travel or visa process.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a customer service mindset. A solid understanding of the visa application process, along with familiarity with tourism services, is essential to provide the best possible experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Proactively contact clients after enrollment or visa application to guide them through the next steps of their travel or visa process.
Document Management:
Upload required documents to universities, colleges, or government authorities (e.g., VFS) and notify clients when actions are completed or further documents are needed.
Visa Processing Support:
Assist clients in gathering necessary documents for visa stamping and submission, ensuring compliance with the required guidelines.
Pre-Departure Assistance:
Provide clear instructions and guidance to clients on the necessary documents they need before departure (e.g., tickets, travel insurance, accommodation details).
Client Follow-Up:
Ensure consistent and clear communication with clients throughout the post-enrollment process, providing updates, reminders, and assistance as required.
Problem Resolution:
Address any concerns or issues raised by clients during the post-enrollment phase, offering timely solutions and escalating when necessary.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, document submissions, and progress through the post-enrollment process.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a seamless and efficient post-enrollment experience for clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is Plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, visa processing, or a related role within the visa and tourism industry.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
Knowledge of the visa application process and post-enrollment requirements is highly desirable.
