Responsible for the overall operations in organization responsible for marketing program and initiative managements to grow orders from commercial and new logo accounts by deploying reputation, demand generation and engagement programs through digital and physical tactics with strong alignments and collaborations with regional sales and SEO.Achieve order growth from commercial and new logo accounts in India and Asia Pacific region: Achieving order growth through commercial and new logo accounts is the highest priority. Working with Keysight Global Marketings campaign team, sales partners and other functions, develop and execute order growth strategies.Decide marketing priority, plan marketing strategies and execute marketing programs for Keysights Major Industries: Keysight and Asia Pacifics major industries and priority markets are aerospace and defense, automotive, wireless and wireline / AI data center plus semiconductor and quantum ecosystem and supply chain. You are responsible for do the right things by doing things right.Strong regional sales and solution engineering organization (SEO) Alignment for Marketing Strategies and Tactics: One of key responsibilities of field marketing is a tight alignment with regional sales and SEO. Please make sure your plans and strategies are aligned with sales and SEO as well as complement their short coming areas.Digital marketing fist, data first: Keysight Global Marketing (KGM) leads Keysight with digital marketing and is determined to be data savvy, data driven. You are responsible to lead your team to make decisions and priorities based on data as well as make necessary corrections if otherwise.Drive innovations from your team and development of your team members: One of key priorities of Asia Pacific Marketing is drive innovations. Foster the innovative mindset to yourself and to your team. Innovations must be leveraged and scaled, so lead your team to share your teams innovations.Contributions to Keysight Global Marketing (KGM) and Asia Pacific Marketing (APM) via Tight Collaborations / Teamwork: Active participation in APM and KGM cross functional projects and initiatives.Other responsibilities: You are responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
