Responsibilities Track Market & Customer dynamics and Competitive Analysis for Product Life Cycle Management, identify portfolio gaps and plan workshop for future portfolio. Provide required inputs/support to central (GGN) team on time to decide on schemes, special initiatives, supply chain, implement global projects etc. Close coordination with Supply chain to ensure timely availability of material, Track inventory / liquidation status. Cross functional coordination with Supply Chain, Agronomy, Marketing, DAS, Finance, HR, HESQ etc. Manage digital activities in Bodega, YaraConnect, Farmcare, and SKP offline strategy and marketing. Oversee digital sales and provide training for retailers and farmers. Handle discussions related to scheme sharing with SE and training on the product. Collect feedback on the app and share with the digital team. Act as the primary point of contact for digital matters and address and resolve any escalated issues that arise. Provide timely updates to Digital team regarding the progress and status of digital activities. Update on competition activities, pricing and commercial schemes. Regional cropping pattern, Visibility of upcoming crop acreage and crop shift.(For the next three months) Farm Produce pricing and trend expected. (For the next three months). Channel management strategy of competitors Collaboration with strategic partners in coordination with strategic lead, co-marketing partners and others e.g Food Chain, FPO, Crop Protection, Seeds etc Profile Qualifications: First-Class Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture Domains Proficiency in MS Office Work Experience: Minimum 6 & Above Years of hands-on experience in sales/marketing in the Agriculture Industry. Proven track record in the areas of operations.
