Internal QBR Financial : Forecast IKS Revenue, Costs and Headcount for signed Statement Of Work (SOWs) Provide annual budgets for signed SOWs Efficiently Manage the P&L (aspects defined as per KPI / KRA on Revenues & Operating Efficiency) for the customers assigned Collaborate with the leaders and sign off any out of contract discounts or incentive conversations during the term of the statement Of Work (only if needed) Support the leader on achieving revenue and growth budgets Own achieving profitability targets for account (up to Gross Margins%) Ensure timely preparation and validation of monthly invoice Manage the contract Define & Develop initiatives for cost optimization & work allocation (quarterly). Review progress & appropriate course correction with reporting leader Qualifications: Any medical degree MBBS,BHMS,BUMS,BAMS,BPT is mandatory A postgraduate degree such as MPH, MHA, MBA would be preferred Six Sigma and Project management Certificate will be desirable (All relevant medical degrees)
