- Portfolio Delivery Executive (PDE) Purpose of the role The PDE role is a clients trusted advisor overseeing successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives across service lines while also driving delivery led growth for a cluster of accounts. This is a strategic role with 2 -in-a box positioning with Portfolio Account Executive. This role typically requires a combination of excellent client management, technical expertise, and project management skills along with business development acumen serving customer delight. In addition to driving successful account management, it entails a special emphasis on excellence for an elevated delivery experience to the client across service lines. Assurance of right delivery solutions in a profitable manner is an integral part of the role.
Roles & Responsibilities: Delivery Excellence
Solution assurance (right solution is proposed to deliver in a profitable manner)
Working closely with PAE to create new transformation agenda for the client.
Institutionalize delivery approach across SLs for all accounts in the portfolio. Support & enable delivery excellence programs/initiatives to drive superior margins/client satisfaction.
Delivery Management
Client Trusted Advisor (CXOs/CxO-1) from an execution standpoint and lead cross-/upsell services.
Delivery led growth (leverage the existing Delivery Teams and identify, drive large deals support) by positioning Wipros capabilities.
Enable, drive, and support the Change request process (must be able to package it across Service Lines)
Manage key customer relationships (CSAT), deep dive on customer feedback and support.
Track delivery escalation & enable resolution.
Delivery Operations
Consolidate forecasting for accounts into meaningful portfolio forecasts and conduct interlock with the GBLs/Talent acquisition.
Drive automation % increase in programs based on service line best practices.
Governance across service line delivery units
Build margin plans for unit and track / report them on execution.
Ensure control over PPC and leverage ratio (onsite-offshore)
On-boarding Freshers driving attaining industry benchmark fresher index by account
Rate Increase by account.
Overall portfolio and account level execution metrics, with deep dives on individual GBL/ practice performance
Accountable for account audits & CSAT survey.
Oversee and comply with account level metrics such as cost actions, NGA index, bench management, pyramid and talent rotation, contractor ratio
Qualifications: SPECIALIZATION & Work Exp
15+ years of experience
Experienced in managing large multi-disciplined delivery globally.
Go to Market Experience desirable.
Must possess excellent client engagement & problem-solving skills.
Experienced in at least one or two Service Line offerings (Apps or Infra or Engineering)
Key Engagements Led/Supported
Managed execution of large transformation program for a global client
Experienced in at least one or two Service Line offerings.

Bachelor of Engineering (minimum)
