Responsibilities -
- Hiring and training of resources in a timely and efficient manner for the new geography
- Building the team required to execute city launch related activities
- Conduct market surveys by setting up processes and allocation of resources
- Sharing reports and insights from surveys and assist in strategising the launch
- Liaison with the product team to ensure timely launch
- Zonal and Cluster mapping of the new geography
- Liaison with the marketing team to set up ATL/BTL campaigns in the city
- Formalising of marketing collaterals for the city
- Setting up of field and calling processes during and post launch
- Define short term targets for the team and grow the city to the designated order level in the minimum time frame possible.
Requirements and skills -
- Proven working experience in operations and sales track record. Preferably that of launching new geographies.
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge (FMCG, Logistics)
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- People management
