Job Description

• Installation of POP Displays:
• Set up and install POP materials, including display units, signage, and promotional materials at retail locations or showrooms.
• Ensure proper positioning for maximum visibility and impact.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Regularly inspect and maintain POP displays to ensure they are in good condition and functioning properly.
• Perform necessary repairs to damaged or malfunctioning display materials.
• Customization and Fabrication:
• Work with other teams (design and marketing) to create or customize POP displays as per specific brand guidelines.
• Fabricate and modify POP materials as needed to fit the available space or to cater to specific product campaigns.
• Logistics and Inventory Management:
• Manage the inventory of POP materials, ensuring there is adequate stock for installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to different locations.
• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand display requirements for promotions and product launches.
• Ensure that displays align with the company's branding and marketing strategy.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all installations comply with company guidelines and retail partner standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace both during and after the installation process.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to store staff on the proper upkeep of POP displays.
• Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting any issues related to the displays.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Document installation activities, including photos and written reports.
• Report on the condition and effectiveness of POP displays, providing feedback to the marketing team for future improvements.
• Safety:
• Ensure all installations are safe and adhere to safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with display installations.

These responsibilities ensure the company's marketing and promotional efforts at the point of sale are effectively implemented, maintained, and optimized for customer engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
