Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute overall online performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and market segments for effective campaign planning.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trends.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead a team of online marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as creative teams, content writers, and data analysts, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and maximize ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report campaign results to management.
Conversion Optimization:
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website and landing page performance.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with web development and UX/UI teams to implement improvements based on CRO findings.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor campaign costs, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to improve cost-effectiveness.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
Industry Knowledge and Innovation:
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in online marketing and performance measurement.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 11-12 years of experience in online marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing online marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, mobile marketing, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online marketing.
