Pool Area Maintenance

Location: Vimala Regency
Reports to: Swimming Pool Trainer / Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Pool Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area at Vimala Regency. This role includes ensuring that pool facilities are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. The ideal candidate should be attentive, proactive, and capable of providing excellent service to guests while upholding high standards of pool area upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the pool, including skimming, vacuuming, and checking chemical levels to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment.
• Arrange pool furniture and maintain cleanliness in the surrounding areas, such as the pool deck and lounge areas.

Safety and Readiness Checks

• Monitor the pool area for any safety hazards, such as slippery surfaces or loose equipment, and promptly address these issues.
• Check water levels and temperature and ensure pool safety equipment, such as life rings and rescue poles, are in proper working condition.

Guest Service

• Greet guests courteously, assist with towels, and ensure they have everything needed for an enjoyable pool experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests politely, providing information about pool rules and available amenities as required.

Inventory and Supplies

• Maintain stock of pool towels, cleaning supplies, and other essentials, replenishing them as needed.
• Notify management of any equipment or supply needs to maintain smooth operations.

Support to Pool Trainer

• Assist the Swimming Pool Trainer during training sessions as needed, setting up equipment and helping maintain an organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
