Position: Polishing Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage the polishing machine for production processes.
• Monitor machine settings and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the polishing machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet the company's standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of production metrics and machine performance.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in operating polishing machines or similar equipment.
• Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, polishing techniques, and safety protocols.
• Attention to detail with a focus on product quality and precision.
• Physical stamina to manage extended hours of machine operation.
• Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
