Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join as Executives - Associates in Policy and Strategic Research. This role involves in-depth research, political analysis, and supporting strategic decisions for our clients. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of policy impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on political and social issues relevant to campaigns.
• Analyze data to guide strategic decisions and prepare reports.
• Monitor policy trends at various levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals.
• Provide insights on public sentiment and electoral trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in research, policy analysis, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of political issues in Andhra Pradesh.
• Experience in political consulting or policy research.
• Proficiency in Telugu.
