JOB DESCRIPTION: PODCAST RESEARCHER AND STRATEGIST
We are looking for a dynamic and insightful Podcast Researcher & Strategist to join our team. This role demands a deep understanding of market trends, audience psychology, and content creation strategies to ensure our podcasts resonate with the audience and drive engagement.
The ideal candidate will identify the perfect guests for our niche, prepare engaging questions, and repurpose podcast content effectively for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
GUEST RESEARCH & SELECTION:
• Identify potential podcast guests that align with our niche and audience interests.
• Research extensively on guests' expertise, achievements, and relevance to current trends. • Propose and priorities guest outreach based on market analysis.
CONTENT STARTEGY & PREPERATION:
• Analyze market trends to understand what works in the podcasting space.
• Craft compelling and well-researched questions for podcast interviews.
• Develop engaging podcast themes and ideas that appeal to our audience.
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS:
• Understand audience psychology to create content that resonates emotionally and intellectually.
• Continuously analyze audience feedback and engagement to refine strategies.
CONTENT REVIEW & REPURPOSING :
• Watch and analyze podcasts to identify key moments and highlights.
• Cut catchy and impactful content for - Reels and short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Separate channel for clips and highlights.
• Main podcast channel.
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure high-quality outputs.
RESEARCH & MARKET AWARENESS:
• Stay updated on podcasting trends, popular formats, and viral content ideas.
• Monitor competitors and industry leaders to adopt best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in podcast research, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content trends and audience psychology.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Ability to craft engaging and relevant questions for interviews.
• Proficiency in identifying and cutting engaging clips from long-form content.
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and trends for video content.
