Are you passionate about storytelling through audio and video We\'re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Video and Podcast Editor to join our dynamic coaching team. This role is integral to enhancing our digital presence through compelling podcast and video content. Please note: This position requires answering specific questions provided in this job posting. Goals / KPIs: - Consistently produce high-quality video and audio content. - Deliver 3-5 engaging reels per podcast episode. - Meet deadlines for editing and publishing full-length podcast videos. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Edit video and audio from our podcast into a cohesive full-length video. - Create 3-5 captivating reels per podcast episode based on provided timestamps. - Ensure all content aligns with our brand and message, engaging our audience effectively. Who I\'m Looking For: - A professional with a strong growth mindset, eager to collaborate and innovate. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in editing podcasts. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating reels. - A portfolio showcasing your work on podcasts and reels. - A senior-level applicant who is detail-oriented and has a flair for creativity. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Questions: List 3 podcasts you\'ve worked for and provide examples of reels you\'ve made for them. How do you ensure that your reels are of top quality and effectively engage the audience We are looking to do a weekly podcast, with a $60 budget for 3 reels + the full-length video each pod.
