Your Job Ensuring to obtain the valid POD copies from carrier portals. Sync with the stake holders and connecting with them via emails/calls to provide the necessary documents.

What You Will Do



+ Engaging in daily follow ups for the allocated cases.
+ Handling rebilling for specific customers.
+ Preparing the weekly POD report.
+ Ensuring timely responses to all emails regarding POD and Rebilling to uphold operational efficiency.
+ Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple time-zones.
+ Carry out day to day operational activities.
+ Attending stakeholder queries with sense of urgency



Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

+ 1-3 years accounting experience in multi-national environment.
+ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Any degree specialization in Accounts
+ Previous experience of SAP is added advantage.
+ Strong ability at Excel and word document.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Work with high volume in a systematic way.
+ High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally
+ Ability to express ideas, opinion, and analysis in a clear, coherent, and logical manner
