Deal, lets go!Our Asia Pacific and Middle East Meta Region (APAC&ME) consists of 16 countries, and is a dynamic and fast-growing region, with business largely self-reliant and represents a complete value chain of Innomotics global organization structure, this consists of product, solutions, sales, service, digitalization, R&D, business development, portfolio development, and other enabling functions.In this role, you will be able to:

  • Drive Country Level projects based on priorities together with P&O Head APAC & ME
  • Translate business priorities to P&O Strategy at a country level
  • Work with APAC & ME P&O Team members to drive transformation & Change Management related to change of control
  • Proactively develop and lead, in concert with P&O Head cutting edge programs that will continuously stretch the organization to ensure that the company establishes itself as best of class
  • Supporting P&O APAC&ME on People Strategy topics and management presentations at a local or global level as may be required
  • Data Analytics of country-level information required for projects & critical decision-making
  • Provide support to the teams portfolio of initiatives in terms of research, analysis and preparation realization and communication requirements for P&O APAC&ME projects.
  • Builds analytical models and performs regular financial, competitive and People & Organization analyses for the business in order to comprehensively value Organizational & People opportunities and ensure well-founded strategies are presented to the relevant P&O leadership.
  • Discover and implement solutions that will engage our employees with new or ongoing programs outside of traditional bandwidths
  • Payroll incl. Pre and Post Payroll processes and delivery (Outsourced service provider)
  • SuccessFactors set up as a global solution (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding)
  • HR Service delivery for HR Admin, Benefits admin, and other services by external provider
  • End-to-end service delivery by Innomotics P&O together with external providers
  • Project Management and coordination end to end from during build, test, and cutover to hypercare and business as usual.
What do you need to bring along?
  • You have a degree or masters in HRM.
  • Having worked in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in genralistic HR functions with strong project management & driving change management.
  • Implemented various projects in HR Process Improvements, Risk Mitigation & Talent Retention.
  • Creating Various Policies & Process based on business Needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability obtain and filter information, identify key issues relevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to the realized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals.
  • Will additionally have a proven ability to generate new outlooks People & organization in the market, for example, through trend forecasting and innovative practices understanding.
  • Experience in strategic planning and analysis, market research & competitive intelligence.
  • Good communication skills will be necessary in communicating clear information and instructions.
