:The scope of this position is primarily to handle Manufacturing P&O activities for the factory at Dahod belonging to SMO India additionally it includes extending support P&O advisory and partnering for the location. Responsible to actively drive engagement and Union matters, ensure government & Statutory requirements, Partnering with the Factory management on various local initiatives like - workforce planning, Employee Development, Productivity measures and Court matters. The role will also be responsible for the SMO wide activities of Employee Engagement & wellbeing, in collaboration with Health Management & Communication colleaguesChange the future with us.xc2xb7 You will be responsible for guiding managers and implementation of company people management policies and practices in the area of compensation & benefits, employee development, mutual feedback, succession planning and talent management.
