Wood is hiring for HR Trainee.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain employee records using the HR system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain employee files in network drives, including e-filing of employee documents
Generate offer letters, employment contracts, and various forms while validating certificates as required
Prepare documentation related to employee movements, such as transfers or promotions, and update employee records in the HRIS
Manage employees records and assist Line Managers on any employee life cycle event
Assist in the preparation of leaver documents and update workers\' status in the HRIS
Address queries and provide support to HR counterparts within the organization
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications:
Any recent graduate is ideal with good academic record
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Understands the Microsoft Excel and Word to handle data and documentation tasks efficiently
Job Specific Experience:
Familiarity in using the data management tools
Experience working in human resource department as a trainee would be an added advantage
Demonstrated initiative, drive, and a strong desire to continuously improve processes and deliver within agreed objectives and service levels
Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity, particularly handling confidential information
Ability to follow templates and instructions to prepare accurate documents
