We are brave in what we do, trusted by the business, and creative in our thinking.The PPD team are responsible for:

  • Process optimisation and re-engineering;
  • Business delivery and business acceptance of key strategic projects and programmes and training of the operational teams on new technologies;
  • The PPD team is organised into key business portfolios, each responsible for project delivery and process transformation;
  • The PMO sits within the PPD, guiding the portfolios through the delivery of projects and programmes in line with our project methodologies; the PMO are responsible for providing quality assurance, reports and tools and leading the portfolios through all planning activities.
What we're looking for:Skills & ExperienceExcellent knowledge of Excel Macro's, VBA a mustStrong proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities, including VBA, macros, and complex formulas.Candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in VBA Macros Scripting and Coding.Demonstrate experience in creating sophisticated Excel-based tools and dashboards.SQL competency: Applicants should be comfortable with database management systems for importing and exporting data from Excel. Data analysis: Applicants should be able to design robustGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word and PowerPoint, MS Project statistical analyses and execute them using advanced Excel Macro's, VBA scripts, VBA.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear manner.Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to balance priorities.Desirable SkillsThe below are not essential for the role but full training will be provided:Good knowledge in Project management Methodologies such as Waterfall and /or AgileCandidates with background in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Capital MarketsWhat we offer you:Looking to make a mark?At Colt, you'll make a difference.
