• permanent adjustment of the availability of all required resources, together with the responsibles for the resources

• check if the given resources are sufficient for the project realization - before the project starts and while the project is running \xe2\x80\xa2 resources, time lines and project costs have to be taken care of and alligned permanently with the project manager \xe2\x80\xa2 conflicts and bottle necks have to be made transparently as early as possible and should be solved as far as possible

• Preapare all information for the project management ongoing \xe2\x80\xa2 Use standards as far as available (for tracking, for reporting, for presentation) \xe2\x80\xa2 create a project plan (MS Project), give a good structure to the project

• Be part of project team \xe2\x80\xa2 Together with Project Manager -realize project targets: o project costs o investment costs o time line o quality permanent check: target vs. actual \xe2\x80\xa2 report to the project management, to the plant management and to the board \xe2\x80\xa2 create final project report

Your Qualifications

• BE Mechanical , with MBA ( desirable ) with 3-6 years of experince in project management . Additional skills required \xe2\x80\xa2 good knowledge in financial topics related to PMO tasks (planning, budgeting, cost tracking, invoice checking \xe2\x80\xa6) \xe2\x80\xa2 moderation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 to act independently \xe2\x80\xa2 strong organizational skil
