##### Project description

Support an iconic Australian brand as they seek to replace and modernize core trading and clearing platforms.

You will be working on the PMO activities for this major financial institution. We look first and foremost for people who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of operations lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals.


##### Responsibilities


Administrative Support:


Supporting diary management for Program executives


Supporting with maintaining a group calendar


Project Support:


Providing project management support services. This includes:


Documentation (PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira & Word) formatting and updating


Liaising with (including follow ups) with relevant Program stream leads for updates on reporting and other tasks and activities


Supporting Program reporting through analysis of data and write-up of summaries


Source, collate and compile data to support the tracking of Project progress against established milestones and deliverables.


Maintaining Confluence pages and sharepoint folder structures.


Supporting the PMO team with various activities:


Supporting the definition of new processes across key PMO capability areas (e.g. risk management)


Supporting with change management activities where required


##### Skills


Must have


Preferably 7-8 years of experience.


Person should be able to fetch data from JIRA and validate which projects have not submitted the details or pending risk management updates etc.


May have to work early India time (say 7AM start based on client needs)


Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, outlook etc.


The candidate should be open to support all PMO tasks including resourcing.


Nice to have


Excellent Communication Skills


Knowledge of using AI in operations is beneficial
