# Job Summary


The PMO at Orange Business Services will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific technology projects within the Platform Integration Services domain in Design Authority. This role requires a combination of governance, project management , reporting, IT technical and functional Knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

# Key Responsibilities

Project Management


• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.


• Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) to guide project execution and deliverables.
Scheduling and Planning


• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying key milestones and deliverables.


• Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) to track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting


• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.


• Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.


• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and issue resolution strategies to stakeholders.
Financial Management


• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.


• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations for technology projects.


• Monitor project expenses and address budget overruns promptly.


Risk Management


• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.


• Use risk management tools and techniques to proactively address potential issues.
Process Improvement


• Implement process improvements within the PMO and project teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Measure the success of process improvements and apply lessons learned to future projects.
Project Closure and Evaluation


• Ensure thorough project closure, including post-project evaluations and documentation of lessons learned.


• Develop strategies to apply lessons learned to future projects.


# Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.


• Proven experience in managing projects within the IT domain.


• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana,).


• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel and presentation skills. Some UX exp is a plus.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).


• Excellent governance, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost-benefit analysis.
