Track actual spend against budget
Update forecasts
Evaluate if the project financials support the overall status being reported for the project
Develop a financial baseline for the project
Review the proposed financial baseline
Identify where work is falling behind plan
Create presentation
Basic knowledge of IT cost management (Forecasting, budgeting)
MIS reporting to Senior management, Regional PMO teams & Business counterparts
Good to have working experience/knowledge on creating & posting provisions / accruals
Working knowledge of end to end invoice processing, Purchase Order management, Program Management
Well versed with MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
Good at stakeholder management (co-ordination between IT teams, Regional PMO team, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable)
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion is not mandatory but would be a plus
