• The Project Management Officer (PMO) provides a range of support services to the Engagement Managers to govern our engagements, plan and track them, report progress, manage issues and risks, control change, manage deliverables and quality, track obligations, adhere to our contractual and commercial constraints, manage our finances and keep electronic records of what we produce and do.
• Tracking & Reporting - Continuous updating of various trackers to enable effective project reporting (Eg. Resource Sapience, timesheet compliance reports, training compliance etc)
• Timecard Closure - Rigorous monitoring and follow-up on time booking by all resources on the project.
• Should know the CG processes, Hands on experience in excel & power point, good communication, support on client visit activities & team events.
• Operation coordination, follow-up, data maintenance should be able to carry our end-to-end PMO activities.
• Deep understanding of working with complex data sets to consolidate and churn excel reports for different SBU reviews.
