Job Description

PME Specialist will be part of Product Maintenance Engineering team and supporting in assigned project or platform as a product expert and immediate reporting to Line Manager for all assigned work. You will be working with RF hardware and test instruments supporting for 4G/5G technology as part of team. You need to debug on the product issues achieve customer demand by keeping KPI in best level.


• Radio product hardware understanding for NPI and mass production requirements.
• 6S and PM activities for all testers and fixture
• Debug setup for troubleshooting in PCBA level and Unit level failure
• Touch base work with global team for chronicle and new issues those impacting KPIs
• KPI improvement action has to drive with team.
• Support to CFT for achieving production and quality metrics.
• Asset tracking and management within Test Engineering


• 4G/5G MN radio product understanding includes TRx, PA and filter.
• LDMOS and GAN technology basic understanding is mandatory.
• LNA and receiver circuit level debug capability is good to have.
• Power amplifier circuit analysis and debug understanding is mandatory.
• Local and global meeting attendance for the assigned projects from NPI phase onward.
• Maintaining golden samples and reports any recovery requires to avoid major impact.
• Supporting for tester transfer from site to site (Asset Physical Inventory, Tester Validation, Packing and Shipping)
• NPI and Mass production tester installation, validation and release to production through buyoff checklist.
• Ensuring all latest test plan running in all test stages without any deviations
• Verifying test instrument status and ensuring all are with in valid calibration cycle.
• Weekly and Monthly reports preparation and submit to Manager.
• Production plan vs actual assurance in advance readiness for all relevant test stages.
• Supporting to EMS sites for installation and break down issues.
• Improvement projects to improve the performance of testers with cost saving approach.


• 4G/5G technology understanding and microwave transmission understanding is mandatory.
• Good Understanding of RF knowledge
• Tester & Fixture Maintenance
• RF Instrument handling in past
• Teamwork and successor development attitude.
• Kaizens & Continuous improvement
• RF Tester calibration and troubleshooting of tester issues.
• RF Filter units, TRX PCBA and Radio unit testing in past experience
• Communication with customers, global team and vendors
• Asset Tracking and Management
