Job Description


Key responsibilities: Production: Oversee development of project allocation plans and timelines, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan. Communicate clearly, precisely & effectively about the assigned project and tasks with all stakeholders to successfully complete the projects and tasks, and conduct review meetings Collaborate with production teams to maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions Responsible for alignment towards customer expectations, workflow management and team performance Responsible for routine and proactive dialogue with other functions, and global team regarding KPI (Key Performance Indicator) performance, available capacity, and related constraints Logistics management with functional teams and community (translators) Competent with technology and willing to evolve/learn new skills Handle customer, vendor and global team queries and mitigating the requirement through to resolution Lead/Participate in the design and implementation of work processes and tools to increase work efficiency Responsible for utilization and adoption of agreed best practices within projects to deliver successful outcomes Lead and govern project reporting to ensure consistent delivery of on-time and on-budget projects Financial: Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules, and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability across the PM team. Track project P&L (Profit & Loss), budgets, and PO (Purchase Order) to ensure proper and timely invoicing Participate in exercises and initiatives to improve revenue and financial margins Responsible for financials, which includes budgeting, revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounts receivable Planning: Oversee development of project plans (standard & complex) and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics/KPIs according to a measurement plan Strong analytical skills -able to prioritize and balance competing demands in accordance with established priority hierarchy Generate resource requirement for assigned projects Client: Scope estimation and expectations management Provide support and input to Program Management, Sales, and external clients, including education about the localization process, contribute to business reviews, as required Teams: Manage a small to medium team of PM assigned to the portfolio of accounts. Responsible for people\'s performance. Manage, mentor, and motivate staff and provide project team oversight and supervision. Recruit and onboard added resources. Manage team performance, customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI), capacity management and billability Evaluation of the performance of team members in accordance with the valid employee evaluation system. Support for team members to increase their performance, qualifications, and teamwork. Escalation points for Project Managers within the team Participate in the account-specific training of new team members after onboarding training is complete Other: Fulfillment of other tasks based on instructions of the superior and the employer Execution of activities, processing and updating of data in accordance with the company\'s internal regulations Lionbridge Occasional participation in domestic and foreign business trips for the needs of planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects
