Electrical Systems Management

Project Planning

Team Leadership: Ability to guide, support, and motivate a team to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Troubleshooting: Expertise in quickly diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Safety Regulations Compliance: Ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant safety standards and regulations.

Budget Management: Proficiency in planning, estimating, and managing project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.

Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Lead and mentor a team of electricians and junior staff, providing both technical guidance and professional development opportunities.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant safety laws and regulations.

Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Manage project budgets, balancing cost control with quality outcomes.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives and update them on progress.

Maintain detailed documentation of all electrical works, including maintenance records and compliance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
