responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, and for supervising the people who do the work:

• Planning and scheduling : Assign, schedule, and supervise plumbers and other staff
• Quality and efficiency : Ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards
• Safety : Ensure safe working conditions and that company protocol is followed
• Documentation : Document repairs, replacements, and installations in reports, tracking systems, and blueprints
• Training : Train or arrange for training of workers
• Maintenance : Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
• Estimates : Prepare time and cost estimates for plumbing jobs
• Negotiation : Negotiate with private plumbing contractors for work that cannot be done by in-house staff
• Quality control : Conduct basic quality checks of installed fixtures
• Testing : Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Plumbing supervisors may also be responsible for:

• Managing pre-installation activities
• Coordinating work activities with other departments
• Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,398.55 - ?40,000.00 per month
