We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. The Plumbing Supervisor will oversee our plumbing projects, ensuring that installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in plumbing systems, and a commitment to upholding safety standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects, including new installations, renovations, and repairs.
• Plan and schedule work assignments to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely project completion.
• Provide technical guidance and training to plumbing technicians and apprentices.
• Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Inspect plumbing systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and procure supplies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites.
• Prepare accurate project reports and documentation for management review.
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role in the plumbing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid plumbing license/certification as required by state regulations.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and work in various environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Plumbing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Additional certifications (e.g., OSHA certification) is a plus.
• Experience with commercial and residential plumbing projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
