Job title- Plumbing and fire engineer , site experience is must

Location- Bangalore (near airport)

Education -B. Tech or equivalent experience

Technical background Experience - 3+ years

Salary- Hike on current salary

Language - Hindi must have.

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days

Budget - 4-5lpa + room

Project & Billing experience must have or preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with local and national codes.
• Prepare detailed specifications, drawings, and calculations for plumbing and fire systems.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure the integrity and safety of systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project billing processes, including preparing estimates, reviewing contracts, and tracking project costs.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including proposals, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
• Stay updated with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices related to plumbing and fire protection engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,/ Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing and fire protection engineering.
• Knowledge of plumbing and fire safety codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, IPC, etc.).
• Familiarity with billing processes and project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices in plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Fire drills knowledge, Billing knowledge, Project Management, Equipment handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
