Minimum educational qualification

• ITI plumbing / Experience in plumbing
• Minimum 01- 2 years experience in Facility maintenance
• Able to work in team
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to deliver results and strive for continuous improvement.

key responsibility

• Replacement & preventive maintenance of all plumbing accessories of W.C., Urinal, Wash Basin
• Maintaining record of water pressure in Hydrant & Sprinkler line. 24x7.- As per shift schedule
• Basement & service yard sump pump operating as per schedule.
• cleaning of main drain line of all toilets and Basement With the vendor.
• All area water cooler maintenance.
• Rectification of all plumbing complaints & break down, failure.
• Every day morning proper rounding every toilet for W.C., Urinal , Doors lock , Wash basin , PL light , Hand drier, Mirror & updating check list as per schedule.
• Maintaining water consumption report of 24 hrs. operation daily.
• All drain line of Open parking & basement (Grease Chamber) Roding with vendor & follow up.
• Maintaining water tanks level.
• To Check all Pump like domestic & flushing system
• To Check Swimming pool all pumps
• Maintaining record of water reading

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 914,000.00 - 917,000.00 per monthBenefits:
