JOB TITLE & JOB CODE Job Title : Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)Rolling Stock (RSC) R egional B usiness P rocess E xpert (RPBE) PURPOSE OF THE JOB The PLMRSC RBPE is the m tier referee (PLM Engineering, Industrial or Transverse) for her/his Region. Incl. to Coordinate, train , develop and sustain Key Users (KU) of sites network Act as contact points for Central teams (Method & Tools (M&T), M tiers and IS&T) for PLM4A RSC processes Consolidate regional needs for evolutions to Central Program Team Ensure solution consistency (inc. tools landscape and processes) for the Region & proper alignment with Core Rules Monitor site maturity level (processes and solution adhesion) against target Promote deployment of new converged processes to site experts Support site Key Users and Digital Continuity Officers (DCO) in deployment and cultural change activities The PLMRolling Stock (RSC) Regional RBPE is the main interface with PLMSignalling Region Deployment manager PLMService Region Deployment manager Note: This position is in continuity with current Delmia or DMA RPBE positions ORGANISATION Reports directly to: Current management in the site Reports functionally to: RBPE Leader (if existing) Direct reports / Functional reports PLMSite Key Users Network & Links Internal (Alstom) PLMRSC Region Deployment Manager Region & site RSC management (incl. directors) Site RSC Engineering and Industrial Methods & Tools/ other departments (Metiers) Central m tier (Engineering, Industrial and Transverse) Key User(KU) & Digital Continuity Officer (DCO) network PLMProgram teams, incl. M&T, Cultural Change Leader, Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) RSC Platform management IS&T of the site (if any) External Solution Integrator (during deployment phase but not during run phase) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES PLMSolution BUILD Organise and report on regional Key Users network (incl. competency matrix) Lead test & validation for regional solution upgrades in relation with Central PLM4A Program team PLMRegion Deployment and Run Monitor performance (data quality or processes adhesion) in her/his expertise domain for the region Maintain complementary documentation / training (on top of Central materials) Collect regional users feedback or escalation (solution and deployment wise) to report to PLMRSC Region Deployment Manager Region Management PLMCentral M&T Leader Organise and release tool usage assessment in various sites based on Central M tier / BPO (Business Process Owner) referential MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements Mandatory: Graduated from University or Engineering School Desirable: Experience Mandatory: Experience of 10 years minimum in the Industry (preferred).
