Job Description

We are hiring PLC and HMI application software development. Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Design and Bill of Material Preparing. Control Panels Design and Guiding.. Erection & Commissioning of Automation system.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting different kinds of field instruments like Temperature Controller,
• Digital laser sensors, photo electric sensors, reed switches, proximity sensors and pressure switches in SPM machines.
• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of exiting system.
• Handling motion control projects including servo motors and pneumatic for various assembly manufacturing process.
• Assist in the development of Project Functional Technical Specifications, Testing Documents, etc.
• Read and understand P&ID's, loop diagrams, process flow diagrams, cause and effect matrices
• Develop HMI software applications
• Develop PLC software programs
• Design Control Panels
• Configure/calibrate field instrumentation and other equipment
• Assist in the startup and commissioning of automation systems

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of industry experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational and personal time management skills required
• Strong analytical skills, as well as technical writing and oral communication skills
• Experience with HMI and PLC platforms is required
• Instrument installation and calibration experience
• Good mechanical experience with engines, compressors, pumps, and valves is preferred
• Advanced Process Control and Database design/development experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
