• Experience : 5 to 12 years.
• QUALIFICATION: BE/BTech (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation) From a recognized University/ Institution

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands on Experience in Allen Bradley PLC Systems, Rockwell SCADA & HMI, VFD
• Practical Knowledge of I/O & Field Bus System (ASI, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET)
• Has Project Engineering and Commissioning Experience
• Candidate must have experience in process / factory automation for the pharmaceutical, medical, heat treatment, textile, chiller domains.
• Good Communication Skills, able to work in multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to act as controls lead for R&D & Process Automation Projects.
• Ads value during project definition phase to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
• Interact with stake holders, team members and cross functional teams across the world and develop a professional relationship therein.
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
• Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work
• Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
• Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
• Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Troubleshooting system errors.
• Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.
• Documenting development processes.
• Providing clients with technical support.

PREFERRED SKILLS: -

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, In or a similar field.
• At least 5-12 years' experience as a PLC programmer.
• Electrical and mechanical engineering experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.
• Knowledge of software design principals.
• Proficiency in ALLEN BRADELY PLC software HMI, MITSUBISHI, SEIMENS, SCADA.
• Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software and coding languages.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel when required.

Important additional requirements:

• Ready to work with USA stakeholders
• Ready to travel to Overseas as per project requirement.
• B1 B2 USA Visa holders will be highly preferred.

Shift time: - 11 AM to 9 pm

Weekly off: - Sat & Sunday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?950,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
