Develop, implement, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs for industrial automation systems.
Design and configure control systems using PLC software.
Write and modify PLC code based on project requirements and specifications.
HMI/SCADA Development:
Design human-machine interface (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for process visualization and control.
Develop graphical user interfaces (GUI) for monitoring and controlling automated processes.
System Integration:
Integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation engineers to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
Testing and Commissioning:
Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.
Assist in commissioning and startup of automation systems at client sites.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create technical documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and test reports.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics and Communication (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
Proven experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
Familiarity with PLC hardware and software from leading manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems and software (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, FactoryTalk) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to travel occasionally for project installations and support.
