MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT Horizon Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a PLC Programmer to join our team and work on various projects across PAN India. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing process control solutions for jigs and fixtures, industrial robots, and SPMs in the manufacturing industry. You will also provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to our customers and operators. QUALIFICATIONS: - B.E. in Electrical/ Electronics/Electronic & Telecommunication with 2-3 years or similar experience. - Alternatively, diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Electronic & Telecommunication with 2-3 years or similar experience REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word). - Advanced knowledge of Electrical engineering. - Advanced knowledge of Analog/Digital electronics and power electronics. - Basic knowledge of Instrumentation. - Hands-on experience with AutoCAD. - Subject-oriented knowledge of PLC/HMI/SCADA. - PLC: GuardLogix, ControlLogix. - HMI: PanelView Plus. - Network: EtherNet-IP. - Drive System: PowerFlex Series. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, configure, integrate, and implement process control for jigs and fixtures, industrial robots, and SPMs in the manufacturing industry. - Design and develop PLC & HMI Software for new control systems. - Developing HMI screens as per process requirements. - Designing software and hardware specifications. - Modifying and repairing issues at customer sites. - Providing production support and troubleshooting running breakdowns. - Training operators and engineers on control systems at customer sites. - Working collaboratively with electrical engineers and process engineers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: 12,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Benefits:
