Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop programs using structured text and function block diagrams for the PLC
based control systems.
2. Configure and integrate input/output devices, sensors and communication modules into PLC
based control systems.
3. Participate in the installation, testing & commissioning of PLC based control systems on-site.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose system related issues, analysing input/output states and
program logic to identify and resolve problems promptly.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system
configurations.
6. Collaborate with project managers and other cross-functional teams to understand project
requirements, specifications, and objectives to ensure successful design execution and
timely delivery.
7. Assist in the training of fresh / junior level engineers and technicians on PLC based control
systems and programming techniques.
8. Identify opportunities for design optimization, efficiency improvements, and technology
upgrades within the control systems.Qualifications:
1. Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication /
Industrial Electronics / Automation Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC based control systems.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
4. Proficiency in programming languages, such as relay logic, ladder logic, Boolean logic,
structured text, function block diagram, or sequential function chart.
5. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD tools.
6. Strong knowledge in MS office tools such as MS Excel, Word and Power point.
7. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
8. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional Preferred Skills:

2. Familiarity with safety related control systems and safety standards in the Rail domain.
3. Proficiency in safety PLC programming and functional safety standards (EN standards)
4. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP,
etc.).
5. Experience with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) development and SCADA systems.
6. Willingness for travel to facilitate on-site installations, commissioning, and maintenance.
