Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Play School Teacher to guide and inspire our young learners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative approach to teaching, and the ability to engage children through fun and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that promote learning through play.
• Create and implement engaging content for creative activities such as arts, crafts, storytelling, and music.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children to explore and grow.
• Coordinate and manage group activities to encourage teamwork and social skills.
• Observe and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and maintain a welcoming learning space.
• Collaborate with other staff members for event planning and curriculum updates.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with young children and parents.
• Creativity in developing fun, educational, and engaging activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward working with children.
• Basic understanding of early childhood development and teaching methods.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in Montessori or play-based teaching methods is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a school or similar environment.
• Freshers with a strong passion for early childhood education may also be considered.
